You can now access your GP record by registering and logging into your account using the NHS app or NHS website.
Get your GP record using your NHS account
From 1st November 2023 patients were given access to their online GP records moving forward (or from the date that their registered with their current GP practice)
If access to ALL online GP records is required, the Online access to full medical records request form would need to be completed and handed in to the surgery showing appropriate ID as set out within the form.
We would always recommend that patients access there GP records via registering for the NHS app.
If a patient wishes for paper copies/a summary of their GP records but are unable to access this via the NHS app, then a Subject Access Request Form would need to be completed and handed in to the surgery showing appropriate ID.
